Buyer Qualification
We confirm your trade credentials — importer, distributor, retailer, refinery, or food manufacturer. We do not send bulk evaluation samples to unqualified contacts.
Sample Preparation
Your sample is drawn from the current production lot, sealed, labelled, and paired with the relevant documentation — COA, tasting notes, and origin certificate.
Dispatch & Tracking
Samples ship within 48 hours of qualification via DHL Express (tasting and trade packs) or air freight (bulk evaluation tins). You receive a tracking number by email.
Follow-Up
Our export team follows up 5–7 days after delivery to answer questions, provide additional documentation, and discuss pricing and availability for your first order.
