"The Ward family has cultivated Syrian olive groves for over four decades — a living inheritance passed from generation to generation."

Since 1982, the Ward family has been rooted in the ancient olive lands of Safita, in the Tartus Governorate of Syria. Ward Modern Olive Mill was established that year with a traditional Italian hydraulic press system — a method that honoured the craft of generations before it.

In 2004, the mill was upgraded with a Pieralisi Super 1 centrifugal extraction system — combining the family's deep-rooted heritage with modern olive oil production technology. The result: exceptional quality at every stage, from grove to export.

Today, Ward.Olive operates the mill in Safita, maintains prepared storage facilities, and coordinates international trade through our UAE logistics hub — bringing the finest Syrian olive oil to discerning buyers worldwide.
